Vote to pass a bill that appropriates funds for the 2022-2023 fiscal year budget.

Highlights:

• Appropriates a total of $2.19 billion from the general budget to the public school fund - division of elementary and secondary education account (Sec. 5).

• Appropriates the following amounts from the general budget to the Department of Human Services Fund, including, but not limited to (Sec. 5):

• $119.97 million to the department of human services administration;

• $1.31 billion to the department of human services grants fund account; and

• $95.23 million to the behavioral health services fund account.

• Appropriates the following amounts from the state general fund, including, but not limited to (Sec. 5):

• $369.57 million to the division of correction inmate care and custody fund account;

• $94.39 million for the divisions of community correction fund account;

• $80.46 million for public health fund; and

• $74 million for the division of Arkansas state police fund.

• Appropriates the following amounts from the general fund for institutions of higher education, including, but not limited to (Sec. 5):

• $116.68 million for the university of Arkansas fund; and

• $83.61 million for the university of Arkansas medical center fund.
