  • Specifies that any child born alive during or after an abortion or attempted abortion shall have all the rights, privileges, and immunities available to other individuals, citizens, and residents of the state (Sec. A).

  • Prohibits an individual (or their family member) who commits an act of sexual assault or domestic violence offense and causes an unwanted pregnancy from maintaining a cause for action, being awarded damages, or filing a lawsuit as a result of an abortion or attempted abortion procedure (Sec. A).

  • Establishes the crime of trafficking or mailing an abortion-inducing drug as a class B felony (Sec. A).

  • Repeals any state funding from being expended to an abortion facility located in the state, or to any affiliate or associate of such abortion facility (Sec. A).
