Vote to amend and pass a bill that increases requirements for mail-in voting.
Specifies additional information that must be provided on electronic or mail-in absentee ballot applications (Sec. 2).
Specifies definition of early voting (Sec. 8).
Requires at least 90% of a county’s electronic voting systems to be able to transmit voting information to a private server before transmitting to the state (Sec. 9).
Requires that voters be able to access information online regarding whether their ballot was counted no later than 3 days after an election (Sec. 12).
Repeals requirement that voters be notified by post whether their ballot was counted (Sec. 13).
