      • Hysterectomy;

      • Oophorectomy;

      • Metoidioplasty;

      • Orchiectomy;

      • Phalloplasty;

      • Vaginoplasty;

    • Mastectomy’s;

    • Prescribing administering, or supplying any of the following medications that induce transient or permanent infertility, including:

      • Puberty-blocking medication to stop or delay normal puberty; or

      • Supraphysiological doses of testosterone to females.

    • Removing any otherwise healthy or non-diseased body part or tissue.

  • Specifies that the aforementioned provisions do not apply if the child has the consent of their parents or legal guardians or the procedure is necessary to treat a child born with a medically verifiable genetic disorder (Sec. 1).
