Vote to concur with senate amendments and pass a bill that establishes the California Reproductive Health Equity Fund.

Highlights:

• Establishes the California Reproductive Health Equity Program within the Department of Health Care Access and Information to provide that abortion and contraception services at no cost or a reduced cost to an individual with a household income at or below 400 percent of the federal poverty level who is insured or has heath care coverage that does not include both abortion and contraception, and who is not eligible to receive both services at no cost through the Medi-Cal and Family PACT programs (Sec. 1).

• Establishes the California Reproductive Health Equity Fund, which shall be a continuously appropriated fund to provide for the aforementioned appropriations and services (Sec. 1).
