  • Requires that beginning January 1, 2023 county clerks and election workers update voting records monthly and initiate the cancellation of any individual 17.5 years old who has registered to vote in an upcoming election and has died in the county (Sec. 510).

  • Requires county clerks and election workers to update voting records again 15 days before each August and November election and then again every day thereafter until election day and remove deceased individuals who are registerd to vote in the state (Sec. 510).
