Vote to amend and pass a bill that amends the constitutional requirements for selling public property for private economic development.
Amends the Constitution to give counties the authority to purchase, lease, or acquire property, buildings, and machinery (Page 2).
Authorizes counties to lease, sell, grant, exchange, or convey terms on property, machinery, and buildings (Page 2).
Prohibits counties from being held to Section 93 or 94 of the Constitution (Page 4).
Authorizes actions or agreements made to be ratified under Amendment 772 (Page 6).
