Vote to pass a bill that requires that all state and national flags purchased with taxpayer funds in Arkansas be manufactured in the United States.

Highlights:

• Requires all U.S. and state flags purchased by a public entity with public funds be manufactured in the United States (Sec. 1).

• Defines “public funds” as state, county, or local government funding appropriated to any department or agency under state law (Sec. 1).

• Defines “public entity” as the following instrumentalities funded in whole, or in part by public funds (Sec. 1):

• The Department of Agriculture;
