• Prohibits a third-party from collecting and delivering somebody else's absentee ballot (Sec. 1).

• Exempts the following individuals from the aforementioned prohibition, including (Sec. 1):

• An election official while engaged in official duties authorized by law;

• An employee of the U.S. Postal Service while engaged in official duties;

• Any other individual who is allowed by federal law to collect and transmit mail;

• A family member, household member, or caregiver of the individual who the ballot was mailed to; and
