• Prohibits minors under 18 years of age from attending drag performance shows on any public property in the state or in any location owned by an entity that receives state funding (Sec. 3).

• Defines “drag performance” as shows that features topeless or exotic dancers, strippers, or male or female impersonators who provide entertainment that appeals to a pruent interest, regardless of intention (Sec. 1).
