  • Requires that on menu restaurants include either the following notice: "If you have a food allergy, please notify us or a food allergy message that informs the customer about the allergy information for each prepared food item or items on such menu (Sec. 1).

  • Requires that all online ordering spaces, including under a third-party food delivery agreement, have a space for people to indicate if they have an allergy or provide a food allergy message that informs the customer about the allergy information for each prepared food item or items on such menu (Sec. 1). 

  • Specifies that any restaurant found to violate this act is liable for a civil penalty not to exceed $125 for each violation (Sec. 1).
