- Amends 24-34-402 Colorado Revised Statutes to include Religion and Sexual orientation [sec.2]. - Allows an employer to still require a reasonable and consistent dress code [sec. 2(5)] - Exempts religious corporations, associations, educational institutions or any other religious society from the provisions of this law, as long as they are not supported by taxation or public borrowing [sec. 2(6-7)].
