Vote to pass a bill that allows accessories and accomplices in capital murder cases to be charged with capital murder under specific circumstances, making them eligible for the death penalty.

Highlights:

- Allows principles in the second degree (accomplices) to be charged with capital murder only if they had the same intent to kill as the "triggerman". Otherwise they can be charged with murder in the first degree (sec. 1). - Allows accessories to be charged with capital murder only if they ordered the murder.
