Vote to pass a bill that prohibits persons aged eighteen to twenty from using handheld wireless telephones for talking, text messaging, emailing, typing or accessing the Internet while driving and prohibits persons aged under eighteen from using any wireless telephones for the aforementioned purposes while driving.
