Title: Statewide Indoor Smoking Ban

Vote to pass a bill that bans the smoking of tobacco in enclosed public places and places of employment.
Highlights:
-Specifies that any operator of a public place is required to inform those who disobey this law (Sec. 2). -Exempts private homes or rented rooms labeled as smoking rooms, unless a private residence is used for day care (Sec. 4-5). -Exempts businesses if 10 percent or more of their profits come from the sale of cigars, they have a humidor on the premises, and they are equipped with a proper ventilation system (Sec. 6).
