Vote to pass a bill that severs the connection between the federal income tax code and Oregon's income tax code, thereby preventing the automatic adoption of amendments to the income tax code adopted by the federal government on or after January 1, 2009, while also updating the connection to adopt any federal amendments to the income tax code that were in effect on December 31, 2008.
