Vote to pass a bill that eliminates the two exemptions to the law requiring all children six years of age or younger to be restrained in a child safety restraint in a moving vehicle.

Highlights:

-Eliminates the exemption that specifies if all motor vehicle seat belts are in use, an unrestrained child may be placed in the rear seat of a motor vehicle (Sec. 1). -Eliminates the exemption that authorizes an attendant to remove a child from a safety seat for the purpose of nursing the child or attending the child's other immediate psychological needs (Sec. 1).
