First Job:
Newspaper bicycle delivery person.
Priority Issues:
Veteran healthcare is at the top of the list and would eliminate all drive time requirements and number of wait days before the veteran, and their families, can go outside VA system.
Single payer system is what the least of us will require, but will support hybrid systems that encourage employer-sponsored health insurance where all cover pre-existing conditions and self-pay self-directed healthcare retirement accounts for wealthier individuals.
Reason for Seeking Public Office:
In 1787, the Founders of United States Constitution wanted The House of Representatives to be the legislative chamber closest to the people. The people of the greater Daytona Beach area (all of Volusia and Flagler Counties, as well as the southern portion of St. Johns and eastern portion of Lake Counties) deserve an American like them that resides in Florida's 6th congressional district; understanding their life experiences to date and their expectations for the future. Having had past residences in Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach and now DeLand, this no party affiliation centrist candidate wants to help the people speak for both their individual, and collective, needs in the 117th Congress. Rarely, will the people find a candidacy like mine with four decades of speaking truth to power combined with the hope our country can be a more perfect union.
