Pro-life Do you generally support pro-choice or pro-life legislation?
Pro life - but this is not a federal issue per 9th and 10th Amendment.
No In order to balance the budget, do you support an income tax increase on any tax bracket?
Yes In order to balance the budget, do you support reducing defense spending?
Strong navy and strong airforce, but bring the overseas troops home.
Yes Do you support the regulation of indirect campaign contributions from corporations and unions?
It's freedom of speech.
No Do you support federal spending as a means of promoting economic growth?
Yes Do you support lowering corporate taxes as a means of promoting economic growth?
Bear in mind that taxes' ONLY function is to fund government, not game the economy, incentivize or dis-incentivize behavior and so on.
No Do you support requiring states to adopt federal education standards?
See Tenth Amendment. Besides, this approach has failed and it only costs states far more money than actually received.
No Do you support government funding for the development of renewable energy (e.g. solar, wind, thermal)?
No Do you support the federal regulation of greenhouse gas emissions?
No Do you generally support gun-control legislation?
See Second Amendment "shall not..."
Yes Do you support repealing the 2010 Affordable Care Act ("Obamacare")?
I actually set forth solutions here - http://danrealeforcongress.com/campaign-platform/ Obamacare made the existing problems worse.
No Do you support the construction of a wall along the Mexican border?
Yes Do you support requiring immigrants who are unlawfully present to return to their country of origin before they are eligible for citizenship?
Yes Do you support the legalization of marijuana for recreational purposes?
No Should the United States use military force in order to prevent governments hostile to the U.S. from possessing a nuclear weapon?
No Do you support increased American intervention in Middle Eastern conflicts beyond air support?
This is... insane.
See here - http://danrealeforcongress.com/campaign-platform/ Healthcare reform (and as set forth here) is not only mandatory, but it would require zero tax increases. The second priority would be tackling the student loan crisis by making these 1.2 trillion in debts dischargeable in bankruptcy, which would help the economy move forward rather than sandbag growth with unpayable, mostly fraudulently contracted debt. Third priority is ending the wars and bringin the troops home and focusing on a strong Navy/Air Force for actual national defense instead of nation building.
