Nevada Congressional Election 2020 Political Courage Test

Pro-life Do you generally support pro-choice or pro-life legislation?
it is not enough to say you are pro-life, but you must create a system to save the unborn'. As a congressman I want to spend money on research to create a early pre-natal machine that can bring a fetus to life after 25 weeks, and also to save botch-aborted fetus'.
No In order to balance the budget, do you support an income tax increase on any tax bracket?
Yes Do you support expanding federal funding to support entitlement programs such as Social Security and Medicare?
I want to eliminate the $1 trillion dollar in Social Security disability fraud and abuses. On medicare, I want the federal government to be able to negotiate the price of prescription drugs. Also, bring back the drug manufacturing from China.
No Do you support the regulation of indirect campaign contributions from corporations and unions?
I believe that the constitution protects money as free speech.
Yes Do you support increasing defense spending?
Absolutely. I support the $3 trillion dollar spending by President Trump to rebuild the military.
Yes Do you support federal spending as a means of promoting economic growth?
Yes Do you support lowering corporate taxes as a means of promoting economic growth?
Yes Do you support providing financial relief to businesses AND/OR corporations negatively impacted by the state of national emergency for COVID-19?
1) With interest rates virtually at zero, it is smart to spend $2 trillion dollars to rebuild our infrastructure, including expanding internet connectivity across the country. 2) Simply because our business taxes need to be lowered simply to be able to be competitive with foreign corporations in the international market. However, Amazon.com should start paying minimum taxes. 3) they employ millions of Americans, and they pay local taxes needed to support local government.
No Do you support requiring states to adopt federal education standards?
It depends how reasonable the standards are.
No Do you support the federal regulation of greenhouse gas emissions?
No Do you support government funding for the development of renewable energy (e.g. solar, wind, geo-thermal)?
1) To a certain extent, but not the pork-barrel project types. I fully support Americas energy independence as achieved by President Trump. 2) In reality, the regulation is used to destroy the energy market that employ millions of Americans that provide cheap gas and home heating.
No Do you generally support gun-control legislation?
We have enough gun-control laws on the books, but we are missing enforcement. What is the use of having more gun-control laws when there is no enforcement. i support the 2nd amendment strongly; the right to bear arms for American citizens for self-defense and fight government tyranny.
Yes Do you support repealing the 2010 Affordable Care Act ("Obamacare")?
Unknown Position Do you support requiring businesses to provide paid medical leave during public health crises, such as COVID-19?
1) The major provision, which is the individual mandate, was repealed 2 years ago. what we need is a lower cost and more quality healthcare through the private market. 2) If they could afford it, because businesses now have no revenue. The Payroll Protection Program is already doing that, guaranteeing that employees receive full pay & benefits.
Yes Do you support the construction of a wall along the Mexican border?
Yes Do you support requiring immigrants who are unlawfully present to return to their country of origin before they are eligible for citizenship?
1) I support President Trump's request for full funding of the wall. We are grateful to the Mexican president in providing Federales soldiers to be stationed at the border to prevent caravaning of illegal immigrants from Central America. 2) This is nothing new, that is what millions of other legal immigrants have had to do for the last 100 years.
Yes Should the United States use military force to prevent governments hostile to the U.S. from possessing a weapon of mass destruction (for example: nuclear, biological, chemical)?
Yes Do you support reducing military intervention in Middle East conflicts?
1) In limited fashion, such as the use of cruise missiles and drones, but I am totally against the deployment of American troops. I do not want to lose a single American life. 2) But we will work with our allies to defeat terrorism by providing training and weapons, to be paid by the wealthy Middle Eastern countries (Saudi Arabia, and the Emirates).
No Do you generally support removing barriers to international trade (for example: tariffs, quotas, etc.)?
As long as there is an unfair trade in-balance with foreign countries, where their markets are not being open to American products and services, and our markets are wide-open for them to exploit. I fully support President Trump's use of the tariff to compel foreign countries to reciprocate trade.
1) With the new reality, fully strengthen the American public health infrastructure, federally, and in the state and local governments. To that extent, we need to bring our medical supply chain back to America. 2) Fully support President Trump's America First, Foreign policy, economic policy, immigration policy, and religious liberty policies. Eddie "Mr. Las Vegas" Hamilton is a Nevada most fearless Trump warrior, and was an elected delegate to the 2016 Republican nominating convention in Cleveland, OH to elect President Trump. I believe that for a Republican seeking a congressional seat, that candidate must be willing to support Trump 100%.
