Abortion is not an appropriate method of birth control or family planning. The reproductive rights of any citizen must not be a governmental issue. These issues are social, cultural and religious and must not be legislated unless the decision of an individual has an adverse or detrimental effect upon any other human. Every situation is an individual issue and legislation cannot be used to make appropriate decisions.
