Pro-choice Do you generally support pro-choice or pro-life legislation?
For myself I am Pro-Life but in America people have the right to choose for themselves. We are not here to judge or punish people for their personal choices we can only make the best choices for our own lives. I am Pro-Choice because I still believe in America.
Yes In order to balance the budget, do you support reducing defense spending?
No In order to balance the budget, do you support an income tax increase on any tax bracket?
I think a Fair tax of 5% for all people who earn above $30,000.00 per year. This would allow those who earn more to actually pay tax rather than use the IRS deductions and loopholes. This would simplify the tax system and could also significantly reduce the size of the IRS.
Yes Do you support the regulation of indirect campaign contributions from corporations and unions?
Yes Do you support capital punishment for certain crimes?
Yes Do you support alternatives to incarceration for certain non-violent offenders such as mandatory counseling or substance abuse treatment?

No Do you support federal spending as a means of promoting economic growth?
Yes Do you support lowering taxes as a means of promoting economic growth?
No Do you support providing tax incentives to businesses for the purpose of job creation?
I think by having businesses pay a tax equal to what other foreign countries are allowing would bring business and jobs back to America.
No Do you generally support requiring states to adopt federal education standards?
I believe the CORE is the beginning of the dumbing of America and the Federal Government should butt out.

Whether one believes in Global Warming or not we have a duty to RESPECT and PROTECT our mother earth. I think more should be done to promote better manufacturing and production companies to minimize and eliminate waste.
Yes Do you generally support gun-control legislation?
Background checks for purchase yes.
No Do you support repealing the 2010 Affordable Care Act ("Obamacare")?
As a physician I have seen it do more damage than good.
Yes Do you support requiring immigrants who are unlawfully present to return to their country of origin before they are eligible for citizenship?
It's about obeying the law. Do we want them to swear to uphold the laws of the land but initially started by disrespecting them more than once in coming to American and then trying to live here.

People are free to love whomever they want. This is a social issue and not a political issue.

A simple flat tax of 5% for all those earning over $30,000.00 would considerably increase tax dollars and would eliminate higher earning individuals from evading taxes by using deductions and loopholes. It would also save monies by eliminating the majority of the IRS.
