What is the Political Courage Test?

Illinois Congressional Election 2020 Political Courage Test

Pro-life Do you generally support pro-choice or pro-life legislation?
The unborn's right to Life is ensconced in our Constitution in its Preamble. Life Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. I don't understand what people do not understand about the word "LIFE".
No In order to balance the budget, do you support an income tax increase on any tax bracket?
Yes Do you support expanding federal funding to support entitlement programs such as Social Security and Medicare?
Social Security and now Medicare are sacrosanct and must be protected. The problem with our budget is our governing system of Agency its administrative laws. It has gutted the duties and powers of Congress until Congress now has little to do but practice mischief. The People's Congress is just that, Congress is The People's place in our 3 branches of constitutional government. If our Congress has no power, neither do The People. This is the problem in America today and what I propose will change it and it will happen because The People are ready for the message.
No Do you support the regulation of indirect campaign contributions from corporations and unions?
I believe the Supreme Courts "Citizens United" ruling is as crooked as it is duplicit. There is nothing about "Citizens" in it much less "United" as it is mean to negate the Citizen and dis-Unite us all. Only citizens should be able to give. Despite what Romney may spout corporations are not people and do not vote, they only buy. Just as I intend to pull the teeth on the agency law they buy, I intend to pull their teeth to buy elections.
No Do you support increasing defense spending?
The foreign policy of Endless War has been a guaranteed loser for every empire over the past 500 years of global conquest. By freeing America and unleashing our full potential as a people not held down by agency law and supreme court sanctioned theft of our elections allows America to embark upon an entirely new foreign policy I call "The Peace of Freedom" which entails a strong defense, but not an unnecessary offense. Our best offensive weapon becomes our financial juggernaut and its appeal to those people suffering under their own tyrants whom they overthrow themselves.
No Do you support federal spending as a means of promoting economic growth?
No Do you support lowering corporate taxes as a means of promoting economic growth?
Of course if taxes are oppressive I would certainly vote to bring them into sanity, but to cut taxes to promote growth? That is a shell game and when it works, it just goes to steal Peter to pay Paul. And the more it is tried and the longer the great shell game of monetary policy practiced by our Private Federal Reserve Bank Corporation they less the real or imagined benefit of corporate tax breaks means. We have a tax code of over 90,000 pages. It should be no more than 1000 pages.
No Do you support requiring states to adopt federal education standards?
Since the creation of the Dept of Education America has dropped from the top 10 in both science and math until we are 25th and 38th out of the top 69 nations in the world. That is not a level of performance I wish to support and runs counter to my "Let The People Rule" legislation (Term Limits, Federal Reserve Bank Transparency Act & REINS Act: see my website) of pulling The People's powers our Constitution assigns to our Congress away from the many federal agencies like Dept of Ed and give them back to Our Congress and Our States.
No Do you support government funding for the development of renewable energy (e.g. solar, wind, geo-thermal)?
No Do you support the federal regulation of greenhouse gas emissions?
Wind generation is a tax dodge. Without it, it would never happen because it is the least cost effective method of power generation. Climate Change is based entirely upon ignoring millions of years of climate change by focusing on the past 150 years. It is insane. I like solar cells. I like geo-thermal. They can stand on their own two feet. I am a big proponent of SNMR (Small Nuclear Modular Reactors) that cannot melt down, are sited regionally and run off of Thorium, an inexpensive nuclear waste product. SNMR's do not require miles of new transmission cable.
No Do you generally support gun-control legislation?
When law abiding citizens cannot own guns, only outlaws will own guns. The 2nd Amendment follows the 1st because without the 2nd the 1st is meaningless. The problems we see today in gun violence is a mental health problem the federal government helped to create in ACA (OBAMACARE). Don't blame guns, blame people and the government that leaves these people on their own.
Yes Do you support repealing the 2010 Affordable Care Act ("Obamacare")?
But not immediately. I like Rand Paul's approach. We place a 2 year sunset on Obamacare and work out its replacement. Obamacare is 1250 pages passed by Congress that assigns the next 12,000 pages to HHS and an plague of corporate lobbyist who have written the best law money can buy. America spends 18% of our GDP ($4 trillion) and we don't cover everyone while the rest of the 1st world spends 8% and covers everyone. Yes, we have a better healthcare system, but not by that much. There is $2 trillion of annual theft by healthcare today.
Yes Do you support the construction of a wall along the Mexican border?
Yes Do you support requiring immigrants who are unlawfully present to return to their country of origin before they are eligible for citizenship?
I support the RAISE Act, a merit based immigration policy instead of whoever shows up at our door. We need to augment the 3 million scientist, engineers and mathematicians our Dept of Education policies have decimated over the past 34 years since its inception. We have more than enough manual labor immigrants. Build the Wall, wire it with sensors. Beef up patrols. Wipe out cartel operations operating near our borders if we have to. We've done it before and it is not a permanent policy, just lightening.
No Should the United States use military force to prevent governments hostile to the U.S. from possessing a weapon of mass destruction (for example: nuclear, biological, chemical)?
No Do you support reducing military intervention in Middle East conflicts?
The only country we should "Liberate" is Saudi Arabia. They are the primary culprits in 9/11 and there are still 30 some odd pages censored from the American People in the 9/11 Commission Report. They have funded Islamic Jihadist through out the Middle East whose soldiers and weapons have been used against our own troops. The Wahhabi Saudi government is the most oppressive and murderous monarchy in the history of the World. We should control all of its oil for all that they have cost us, and there is more oil there than you can conceive.
Yes Do you generally support removing barriers to international trade (for example: tariffs, quotas, etc.)?
Fair Trade. Our trading partners lower tariffs, we lower tariffs. They raise them, we raise them. Do unto others as they do unto you.
"Let The People Rule" which I have explained and my "Fly Over America Act" to re-institute a National Grain Reserve, which America abandoned in 1972. It will raise the price of grain instead of the uncertain band-aid rescue programs given to farming today. New grain bins to store it can only be placed on owner occupied farms and Co-Ops. The second part is "The Volunteer Fire Dept Act" that gives volunteers and their families healthcare and a $5000 stipend for each year they serve starting at age 65. Without it, our Volunteer Fire Dept will disappear and will cost more.
