"The Arizona chapter of Americans for Prosperity (formerly the Arizona Federation of Taxpayers) serves the hard-working taxpayers of the Grand Canyon state by organizing grassroots support for the following policy initiatives: i) Imposing strict spending limits on government, ii) Passing balanced budgets, iii) Cutting income taxes, iv) Reducing property tax levies, v) Expanding school choice, vi) Supporting free-market health care, vii) Privatizing state functions, viii) Reducing burdensome regulations on Arizona businesses, ix) Prohibiting the use of taxpayer money for lobbying, x) Imposing transparency laws on all levels of Arizona government. Through broad-based grassroots outreach, Americans for Prosperity (AFP) is driving long-term solutions to the country's biggest problems.
