"Kentucky Right to Life was founded and formally incorporated on June 6, 1973. For 50 years Kentucky Right to Life, our chapters, our pro-life friends and supporters throughout the Commonwealth have been unwavering champions for the most vulnerable in our midst – unborn children and their mothers, the infirm, and the dying. We are a volunteer, non-profit organization composed of grassroots people of different political persuasions, faiths, and economic, social and ethnic backgrounds. We are a state affiliate of the National Right to Life Committee. We believe every human life is valuable, from the moment of fertilization, because every human life is created in the image of God (Psalm 139). We primarily serve the Commonwealth of Kentucky, but have engaged in projects that are having a national and international impact."
