"Wyoming State AFL-CIO (American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations) is a federation of unions. It is made up of over 100 local unions, central labor councils and building and trade associations throughout the state, representing workers from the public sector, private industry, construction, manufacturing and services. It is a place where labor comes together. Local unions join with the Wyoming State AFL-CIO for the strength, knowledge, legislative and political action and community support that can be derived from the solidarity of all organized labor working in unity."
