Stutzman Stands Strong on Spending

Today, Congressman Marlin Stutzman issued the following statement on the House Budget Committee's FY 2017 budget proposal:

"I voted against the Bipartisan Budget Act (BBA) in October which increased the caps on federal spending. Then, in December, I opposed the Omnibus funding bill that began spending above the caps. Tonight, in committee, I could not support the House Budget plan that continued that policy by increasing the caps by $30 billion.
