The Missouri Secretary of State's office is truly massive; with 7 divisions, nearly 300 employees and 5 offices across the state. The office handles everything from the Missouri State Archives to elections, securities oversight, and corporate filings.

Its budget is equally massive. Between FY2010 and FY2014, the office spent over $174 Million.

I will work diligently to ensure the office is both effective and efficient. I will fight to save every penny I can, while still ensuring our citizens receive the top-notch service they deserve.

By improving technology, streamlining procedures, and eliminating waste in the budget; I will work to reduce spending in the Secretary of State's office so we can reduce the burden on our taxpayers.
