Having just been a part of one of the biggest trials in CO history I saw first hand how victims could be treated during and after a judicial process. I believe that victims have the right to know at all times where in this state or another state (if the convicted defendant has been moved) is being incarcerated. I am concerned by the lack of transparency of all courts costs during a trial.
