Elders -- We must provide adequate benefits and services for our elderly community members.

​I had the privilege of working with the Elder Unit of Community Legal Aid while I was a law student. As State Representative I will advocate for our elderly community, to ensure they have access to the benefits and services they need to thrive, including housing, healthcare, nursing home rights, and food stamps. I will also support legislation targeting physical, emotional, and financial abuse prevention. I will promote programs like the Councils on Aging and the Special Legislative Commission on LGBT Aging.
