Both Granite State employers and citizens are reporting ever rising premia and out of pocket expenses under Obamacare. During the most recent legislative session, we worked in a bipartisan manner--both Republicans and Libertarians--to save taxpayers and ratepayers money on medical costs.
Unfortunately, we had a few setbacks and Democrats and RINO's colluded to pass crony bills like SB481, which protects a few hospitals from competition for certain medical procedures. Democrats and RINO's also defeated Rep. McLarren's HB128, which would have allowed towns, schools, and businesses to save money opening medical insurance to free market competition, saving about 5% on insurance costs.
Main points:
Repeal crony SB481
Repeal Obamacare/Medicaid Expansion
Enact HB128, allowing Granite State employers to buy insurance across state lines
Remove some of the 44 insurance mandates on health insurance
Promote the use of money saving online tools like MyMedicalShopper.com
