Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN) released the following statement after the Minnesota Nurses Association approved the new contract from Allina Health:

"This deal shows how important it is for workers to organize and have the ability to collectively bargain. Nurses save lives, and they deserve safe workplaces and quality health care plans that allow them to provide the best care for patients. After the longest strike in the history of the MN Nurses Association, I'm glad both sides were able to reach an agreement that allows nurses to return to the patients who depend on them."
