Today, U.S. Senator John Barrasso (R-Wyo.) released the following statement regarding the proposed rule issued by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to stabilize the exchange insurance markets.

"News just this week about the exit of another major insurer from the Obamacare exchange makes today's rule all the more critical. Obamacare is collapsing because the law has failed. Stabilization is our priority. This rule is a first step of many as we work with the new administration to bring relief to millions of Americans."
