Renacci Supports Increasing HSA Contribution Flexibility with H.R. 6199

This afternoon, Congressman Jim Renacci (R-OH) released the following statement regarding H.R. 6199, the Restoring Access to Medication and Modernizing Health Savings Accounts of 2018:
"Last week, I supported the Restoring Access to Medication and Modernizing Health Savings Accounts of 2018, H.R. 6199. This bill would expand the list of over-the-counter medical products an HSA can be used to purchase to include menstrual care products. It also allows individuals to make contributions to an HSA if their spouse has a Flexible Spending Account (FSA)."
