Issues: Health and Health Care
When I ask, healthcare is the number one issue for so many people across East Tennessee. It's my belief that big government has dug so deep into healthcare, passing so many laws, that it's left us with an absolute disaster. Government bureaucrats who have never stepped foot into a hospital have absolutely no place dictating the doctor-patient relationship. Asking for more government to solve a problem that government created will never fix our broken system. It is my hope that I can work to influence the federal government to loosen its grip on the healthcare market so that we can see cost reduction and a reemergence of the doctor-patient relationship. I will continue to work towards any path that encourages this solution.
