Today, Congressman Tom Marino (PA-10) released the following statement following the confirmation of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court of the United States.

Congressman Marino issued the following statement:

"Despite the intimidation tactics and character assassination from the left, an impeccable jurist was confirmed to the Supreme Court by the United States Senate. Justice Kavanaugh will bring a distinguished service record, an impartial judicial temperament, and a deep respect for the Constitution and rule of law with him to the bench. I look forward to his service on the high court."
