I fully agree with the late Senator Ted Kennedy: every American ought to have access to quality healthcare services as a fundamental human right and not as a privilege restricted to those who can afford it. I would be proud to vocally support legislation to implement a single-payer universal health care system that would cover everyone in Pennsylvania.
