Issue Position: A Champion for State's Rights

The U.S. Constitution says that all rights not expressly given to the Federal Government remain exclusively with the States, yet Congress and the Federal Government routinely violate our rights as a State. I will continue to fight this overreach and work with our Congressional delegation to take back our rights.
