Congressman Larry Bucshon, M.D. (IN-08) released the following statement and video after signing the discharge petition to bring the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act to a vote in the House of Representatives:

"It is unthinkable that any health care professional would not do everything in their power to save a baby born alive after a failed abortion. I stand with my colleagues in signing this discharge petition and it is a shame that Speaker Pelosi and Democrat leadership will not bring this bill to a vote in the House of Representatives."
