Today, Congresswoman Deb Haaland (NM-01) released the following statement after the New Mexico Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Energy Transition Act:

"As New Mexicans, we respect and value our land, air and water, but right now energy production in our state doesn't match our values. This ruling is a huge win in our efforts to make New Mexico a leader in the renewable energy revolution, which both creates good paying jobs and protects our natural resources."
