"It's critical that the children and families who receive health care through Medicaid can access the highest quality care. That's why I'm co-sponsoring the bipartisan Accelerating Kids' Access to Care Act to eliminate barriers to quality care and improve child welfare.

Families shouldn't have to worry whether their care will be covered if they have to travel out of state for treatment. I'm confident that this legislation will have a real and lasting impact on New Mexico children -- especially in rural communities."
