Governor Doug Ducey today released the following message in honor of Mother's Day:
"Today, we celebrate the women who love, guide and support us unconditionally -- our mothers.
"Our moms mentor us. They pick us up when we're down. They teach us selflessness, generosity, patience and kindness. We rely on them as children and throughout our lives. They are our rock.
"This day and every day, we're grateful to the women who have given us so much -- whether they are our mothers by birth, adoption or foster care. Thank you to my mom, Noni, my Gammy, and my wife, Angela, for the guidance, care and love you give our family. Happy Mother's Day!"
