National Pro-Life Group Endorses Ashley Hinson for Congress

Today Susan B. Anthony List Candidate Fund announced its endorsement of Ashley Hinson for Congress in Iowa 1st District.

"We are proud to endorse Ashley Hinson to represent Iowa's pro-life values in Congress," said former U.S. Congresswoman Marilyn Musgrave, SBA List's Vice President of Government Affairs. "Ashley is a passionate advocate for families and children, and her strong pro-life voting record in the state legislature gives us confidence that she will stand up for life in Washington."

SBA List is a network of more than 787,000 pro-life Americans nationwide, dedicated to ending abortion by electing national leaders and advocating for laws that save lives, with a special calling to promote pro-life women leaders.

An Iowa native, Ashley is the first woman to represent Iowa's 67th district, which covers Hiawatha Robins, Cedar Rapids and Marion. Prior to serving in the Iowa House, Ashley was an award-winning reporter for KCRG-TV9 in Cedar Rapids. Ashley currently lives in Marion with her husband Matt and their two sons.
