Today, Congresswoman Elaine Luria issued the following statement after her Veterans' Compensation Cost of Living Adjustment Act of 2020 (H.R. 6168) was signed into law:

"I am pleased President Trump has signed into law my bill, the Veterans' Compensation Cost of Living Adjustment Act of 2020, to put more money in the pockets of disabled veterans. As Chair of the Disability Assistance and Memorial Affairs subcommittee, I am honored to fight for veterans every day and look forward to continuing this important work."

Congresswoman Elaine Luria represents Virginia's 2nd Congressional District. She serves on the House Armed Services Committee, where she is the Vice Chair of the Seapower and Projection Forces Subcommittee, and the House Committee on Veterans' Affairs, where she serves as Chair of the Disability Assistance and Memorial Affairs Subcommittee.
