Walker Issues Statement on Amy Coney Barrett's Confirmation to the U.S. Supreme Court

U.S. Representative Mark Walker (R-N.C.) released the following statement upon the Senate's vote to confirm Amy Coney Barrett to the United States Supreme Court:

"Tonight's confirmation of Amy Coney Barrett by the U.S. Senate cements a Supreme Court justice who will respect the rule of law and not legislate from the bench -- ideals that will empower Americans to have a voice in their government, rather than ceding it to the unelected," Walker said. "With Barrett's elevation, America has now added three strong, conservative justices in four years under President Trump. Think about what we could accomplish with four more."
