Rep. Pappas's Statement on the Confirmation of Secretary Pete Buttigieg

Congressman Chis Pappas (NH-01), who serves on the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, issued the following statement after the Senate vote to confirm Pete Buttigieg.

"Pete Buttigieg's confirmation as Secretary of Transportation will provide the leadership we need to rebuild our country, get Americans back to work, and bolster our economic recovery,'' said Congressman Pappas. "As a former Mayor, Secretary Buttigieg understands the important role that infrastructure funding plays for our local economies.
