Congressman Tom Rice (R-SC) joined the Rural Broadband Caucus to support efforts to provide sufficient broadband access throughout rural communities in America. This week, Congressman Rice also joined 72 of his colleagues to send a bipartisan letter to President Biden urging that he include investment in rural broadband in any infrastructure proposal.

"Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, broadband access is more essential than ever. Students, workers, businesses, and families are relying on broadband infrastructure to keep them connected. The pandemic has highlighted the digital divide that far too many in our communities have struggled with for decades," said Congressman Rice. "Broadband access in an invaluable resource. I look forward to working with the caucus to improve access across the country."
