U.S. Rep. Jackie Walorski (R-Ind.) recently joined more than 180 Republicans in Congress in filing an amicus brief to the U.S. Supreme Court in the upcoming case considering the Biden Administration's Occupational Safety and Health Administration Emergency Temporary Standard requiring private employers with more than 100 employees to mandate the COVID-19 vaccine or weekly testing.

"President Biden's unconstitutional vaccine mandate tramples on Americans' fundamental freedoms and will exacerbate already-devastating inflation, supply chain bottlenecks, and workforce shortages," said Congresswoman Walorski. "I am proud to represent one of the largest manufacturing districts in the country, and I will always stand up for the rights of the hardworking Hoosiers who are feeding, fueling, and producing high-quality products for the American people. The U.S. Supreme Court should rightfully strike down this illegal mandate imposed on America's job creators and workers."
