Rep. Barry Moore (AL-02) released the following statement on the confirmation of Biden's Supreme Court pick Ketanji Brown Jackson:

"Ketanji Brown-Jackson is the most radical Supreme Court nominee ever considered by the Senate, and her confirmation to our highest court is woefully dangerous to our nation. Brown-Jackson's leniency for child sex offenders, support of divisive CRT, outright refusal to define what a woman is - something any elementary school student could easily do -- make clear she is totally beholden to the same radical elements that have the White House under their control," said Rep. Moore. "Perhaps most outrageously, she claims to hold no position on natural rights. Our founders created our Constitution to protect our God-given natural rights, and a Justice who does not believe in the fundamental underpinnings of our Constitution places all our rights and freedoms in jeopardy."
