Hinson Statement on Supreme Court Victory for Religious Freedom

Congresswoman Ashley Hinson (IA-01) released the following statement following the Supreme Court ruling in favor of former high school football coach, Joseph Kennedy, who was terminated for praying on the field after football games.

"Coach Kennedy should have never lost his job for bowing his head in prayer after football games. As Americans, we are guaranteed the right to practice our religion freely without oppression, and this decision reaffirms that any attempt to chip away at our liberties will not stand." -Congresswoman Ashley Hinson
